PRENATAL Fitness/Yoga CLASSES ...Anyone interested in the prenatal fitness/yoga classes are welcome to stop by and try a class out at anytime for "free". You do not need to let us know when you are coming, just bring a water bottle and wear comfortable clothing. Just let the instructor know that you are a guest...as always listen to your body when you are pregnant!  Enjoy and we hope to see you again soon..

HYPNOBIRTHING CLASSES with Maureen Saba Classes run for 5 consecutive weeks from 6:00pm-8:30pm. Call to register and to pick up your book and CD before the class starts. $375. per couple

 Due to the increase in repeat Hypnobirthing clients, as of January 1, 2009 a $75.00 fee will be charged to cover the increase in costs. You are welcome to attend the whole series for this fee.

A Personal Message from Maureen

Over these past eleven years I have personally assited hundreds of women bring their babies into this world.  Many of you have also come to know me as a resource for other venues as well.....and for those of you that do know me, you know that I consider you all part of my one "Big Family"!  I would never refer you to anyone or any place that I personally have not used myself.  So I have decided to use my website as a safe place for you or anyone you may know that could benefit from this information.

Well ladies, we all know that it is no secret that these bad economic times have brought some families into true hardships and many are struggling with job security and are not sure what their futures will hold.  Many people are looking for a plan "B" to their plan "A" .

Some of you may already know that my husband and I became personally involved in a business that we felt was too good to pass by.  This was also an opportunity for us to help others become financially free while having time freedom to spend with their families and to build for our childrens futures!

Every Monday evening there is an opportunity call that you are welcome to listen to..this is done by a personal friend of ours that is leading the global expansion of this business in this area.
