Did You Know…studies
have proven that women who exercise during their pregnancy have an
easier labor, delivery and postpartum recovery. In the past, exercise
during pregnancy was considered absurd, for fear of harming the fetus
and creating more pregnancy complications. Research over the last
decade has proven this to be wrong and now strongly recommend that women
exercise to help prevent the same problems they once thought it would
cause. A prenatal fitness program can mean a healthier more intelligent
baby as well!
