Jennifer Hardy's
journey to Maternal Health & Fitness
began in 2002. After giving birth to her third child in 1995,
Jennifer’s goal was to "get her body back." Knowing that the challenge
of raising three children and exercising really didn’t seem to fit into
her schedule, she began a mission to change things. After losing 50 lbs
of pre-baby weight, she then set out to become a personal fitness trainer
in order to assist others with their fitness goals. Working
with postpartum women seemed very natural for Jennifer, knowing the
struggle she had endured after giving birth herself.

Now, a
Maternal Health & Fitness Pre & Postnatal Fitness Instructor, DONA
Certified Doula, and a Prenatal Parenting Instructor, Jennifer has
finally found her niche. Jennifer’s motivation and new-found self-esteem has truly inspired women.
She
founded the Postpartum Doula
Support Program at Maternal Health & Fitness, supporting women in
the early days of “mommyhood”!
Jennifer's
past experience includes working at a local health club as a water aerobic instructor,
initiating a program for
Seniors . She
lives in her hometown of
Methuen,
MA with her husband Arthur and their three children, Alicia, Erika and
Ben.. |

Heather is a certified Moms in Motion Pre & Postnatal Fitness
Instructor.
Heather
has also taught swimming classes and has recently developed a yoga
program at her daughters' preschool. She resides in Windham, NH with her
husband Steven, her daughters Jillian and Hannah, and their dog Cooper.
