Yoga Mama
Prenatal Yoga class offers women of every fitness level a safe way to exercise that can be enjoyed throughout a healthy pregnancy. We explore simple movements, breath awareness and guided imagery to help mothers gain self awareness and trust in their bodies. Class ends with a relaxation session that focuses on mother/baby bonding.

Did You Know…yoga has existed for centuries, longer than most organized religions on the planet today? Contrary to popular opinion, the practice of Hatha Yoga is the practice of mind-body physical exercise. Yoga means “union,” and specifically in this fitness form, the union of mind, body and the breath.  The body is placed in various positions that increase strength of some body parts while increasing the flexibility of others.  There are over 8,000 postures for all creatures on the planet and approximately 800 that humans can do.
